Purpose of the Module
This
module aims at providing AICM students with an understanding of the perspectives
of agricultural extension. Specifically, the module aims to:
- Enable student understanding of agricultural
extension perspectives in the current changing scenario of agriculture
- Enhance students’ understanding of Information
and Communication Technology and Management within the existing agricultural extension
system and the changes that need to be considered
- Produce graduates who understand the
importance of agricultural information communication management and are
self-sufficient in applying it in their agricultural extension practice

Produce graduates who will strengthen the capacity of the extension system in the area of Information and Communication Management (ICM)so as to provide services in technology diffusion and uptake
